About Your Trip

Safety and fun are our top priority. All adventures are weather permitting, and it is at the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled or canceled due to rain, winds, or adverse sea state. We will be in touch leading up to your trip if conditions threaten the quality and safety of your trip.
We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, please contact us. Requests to change a trip date are subject to availability and weather conditions and may not always be accommodated due to these factors. We will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate you.
Cancellations made 3 days or more before your scheduled trip will result in a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 day will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
No-shows and cancellations made the same day will result in a full charge of the trip fare to your credit card.
